Refund Policy

Activation is a digital service that is delivered immediately — as soon as you pay, your bike is enabled and you can apply changes right away.

Right of withdrawal & immediate delivery

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because activation is performed immediately at your request, by completing the payment you ask us to begin the service straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the bike has been activated (the service is then fully performed).

If something goes wrong

If activation fails or the Service does not work as described, contact us at info@faster-now.com with your frame serial and payment reference and we will fix it or refund you. We want you happy with the result.

Goodwill

Outside the above, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion. If we issue a refund we may deactivate (remove from the whitelist) the bike it relates to.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Your payment reference is shown after purchase and in your receipt — keep it for any refund request.
